1 - ParkSure Solutions Ltd reserve the right to change either the product and/or manufacturer at any time without notice.
2 - If you (the customer) decide to cancel your order we require a minimum of 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.
3 - If you (the customer) decide to cancel your order and an installer is in attendance, there will be a minimum callout fee of £20.
4 - If a warranty is provided by ParkSure Solutions Ltd it is simply a gesture of goodwill and to ensure good customer service. ParkSure will reserve the right to void any warranty without prejudice if interference with the product other than by a ParkSure technician is suspected.
5 - Only parking sensors supplied by ParkSure are covered for a year under manufacturer's warranty for failure or damage not caused by the customer or any third party. Repairs and replacements are possible after the warranty expiration date at cost to the customer. Warranties will not apply to products installed that have been supplied by the customer.
6 - ParkSure reserve the right to reschedule any installation due to poor weather conditions on the grounds of Health & Safety. The customer will be notified beforehand and will always be contacted as soon as possible to agree another suitable date at the customer's convenience. No refunds will be honoured in this case as extreme weather conditions are outwith our control.
7 - Prices are not subject to negotiation. They are quoted fairly depending on product required, vehicle type and location.
8 - All our installers are extremely careful during every installation and will report to the customer and ParkSure Management if anything is damaged during installation. It is therefore our strict policy that any damage to your vehicle or property that is suspected to have been caused by a ParkSure technician must be reported in writing within 14 days after installation. We cannot be held responsible for damages after this period has lapsed.
9 - ParkSure Solutions Ltd reserve the right to use photographs of any vehicle that has been fitted by the company for the use of advertising purposes only. ParkSure will not display registration numbers, persons or anything that may infringe the security, safety of property or persons in these photographs.
10 - All ParkSure installers use padded mats which are placed under the bumper at all times. A cradle to rest the bumper on when carrying out flush fit installations is also used. This strict procedure means that under no uncertain terms does the bumper ever touch the ground. This procedure is never deviated from so no bumper damage can ever be caused as a result. Any claims that a bumper has been marked by contact with the ground will be subject to argument and court invitations will be accepted.
